1 Introduction & Applicability

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After verification is complete, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase in the event of verification delays.

4.4 Additional Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, to withdraw the bonus funds from a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• After receiving a bonus, bets placed on certain specific games may not count toward wagering requirements.
• Multiple individuals from the same household, address, or device may not be eligible for a bonus.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.
• 399ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting services on 399ok are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are described within the game or on the relevant page. In the event of any dispute, 399ok's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it is reviewed due to a platform-side reason (technical error or event cancellation).
• If an event or match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned to the member's account.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, 399ok reserves the right to void or correct that bet.
• The outcome of a match or event will be determined according to data recorded by 399ok.

6.3 Suspicious Betting Activity

If a member's betting pattern appears unusual or suspicious, 399ok reserves the right to investigate. The account may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 399ok. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus offers, bonus arbitrage, or coordinated attempts to earn bonuses.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Attempting to infiltrate the platform's software, hacking, or using any kind of fraudulent software.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Colluding with other members to strategically harm the platform (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Threatening or behaving rudely toward other users or staff of the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 399ok's Authority

399ok reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Any action described in the Prohibited Activities section.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request to close their own account through our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed, subject to the Terms.
